1. Rules of use and safety
Jokermen.com.tr is open to all members. Unless otherwise stated, the services provided on the Site are free of charge.
In the following cases, the site administration may prevent the member from using the site and reserves its legal rights towards the person or persons involved in the following attempts:
1 a. Registering information on the site that contains false, irregular, incomplete and misleading information, and data that does not comply with general ethical rules and conflicts with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

3. Responsibilities
3a. The information of users visiting Jokermen.com.tr (duration of visit, time, pages viewed) is monitored in order to serve them better. 3.b. After completing the sections required for registration and confirming the email address, the Jokermen.com.tr user can begin using the Jokermen.com.tr website by entering his email address and password, provided that he adheres to the terms specified in this agreement.
3.c. While using the Jokermen.com.tr website and services, the user is bound by the Turkish Penal Code, the Turkish Commercial Code, the Intellectual and Artistic Works Law, the Decree Laws and Legal Regulations Concerning the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, the Code of Obligations and other relevant legislative provisions and Jokermen.com.tr agrees to Comply with all announcements and notices that may be published in connection with its services. 3.d. If it is determined that the User does not comply with the obligations specified in this Agreement or the general rules set forth on Jokermen.com.tr, Jokermen may prohibit the User from using Jokermen.com.tr temporarily or indefinitely and/or close his or her account.
3.e. The User cannot take any action that prevents or makes it difficult for other users and visitors to use Jokermen.com.tr, nor can he force/lock servers or databases by installing automated programs. Don't try to cheat. He accepts that his membership will be terminated if the matter is discovered, and he also accepts any legal or criminal liability that may arise from the situation.
3.f. It is the individual's responsibility to back up messages sent via Jokermen.com.tr and is recommended by Jokermen. Jokermen cannot be held responsible for loss, deletion or corruption of messages due to failure to back them up.

3 k. Jokermen.com.tr may contain links or references to other websites that are not under its control. Jokermen is not responsible for the contents of these sites or other links they contain.

Jokermen has the right to resort to the User for any compensation and/or administrative/judicial fines that the User may have to pay to public institutions and/or third parties due to the User's conduct in violation of the contract.
4. Rights and obligations of Jokermen
4A. Jokermen will enable the User to benefit from the services subject to the contract, except for technical malfunctions. If it is proven that the User has caused any cyber sabotage or attempts to interfere with profits and/or an attack that will prevent the operation of the Jokermen.com.tr website, or if the official authorities receive a criminal complaint or a request for an official investigation against the Member and/or the Personal Data Protection Act and legal regulations relevant and in the cases listed at http://www.Jokermen.com.tr/page/privacy/ (http://www.Jokermen.com.tr/page/privacy/), Jokermen.com.tr has the right to investigate and disclose the identity information of the member concerned .
4.b. Jokermen may make unilateral changes to this Agreement without any notice to ensure the continuity of the services it provides. Jokermen has the right to permanently or temporarily suspend the service it provides, or change the content of the service or cancel it at any time, without giving any reason. The user agrees to this right. In case of any changes, Jokermen will publish the current Terms of Use on its website under the same link with the new date updated and, if necessary, its users will be notified by email. The updated Terms of Use will be effective from the moment they are posted on Jokermen.com.tr, and use of the Jokermen.com.tr Site or Services will be subject to the updated Terms of Use from that point on.
A member who submits material to Jokermen.com.tr that violates the terms of this Agreement may be unilaterally terminated by Jokermen without any notice.
5. Entry into force of the agreement
The User is deemed to have undertaken to comply with the Jokermen.com.tr Agreement from the moment he fills out and agrees to the registration form, receives any service or submits an order using this system. The contract becomes automatically void without any notice upon termination of membership or any of the terminations mentioned in this contract.
6. The competent court and dispute resolution
Anatolian courts and law enforcement offices in Istanbul are authorized to resolve disputes that may arise from the implementation of this Agreement.
7. Notification addresses
7.a. Jokermen.com.tr does not request email addresses from its users in advance. However, the email address provided by the User to Jokermen.com.tr shall be deemed the email address from which the legal address for any notices regarding this Agreement will be requested.
7.b. The Parties agree that requests made to their existing emails will be valid and will be deemed to have been served on them, unless they notify the other party in writing of changes to their existing emails within 3 (three) days.
7.c. Again, any notice sent by Jokermen.com.tr using the user's registered email address will be deemed received by the user one (one) day after the email is sent by Jokermen.com.tr. The User acknowledges, accepts and undertakes that he has read, understood and accepted all materials contained in this Participation Agreement and confirms the accuracy of the information provided about him.
