Shipping Options

You can choose between standard shipping or express shipping based on the items in your order and your location. Since orders may be handed over to local carriers for the final delivery stage, you may not be able to track orders at every stage of the delivery process.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that you have provided the correct and current shipping and delivery address. You can use P.O. Boxes as your shipping address. However, some items can only be delivered to physical addresses. Large products, valuable items, perishable materials, products with age-based restrictions, or items shipped via special carriers may require a physical mailing address or signature confirmation to be delivered successfully. Merchandise partners may also indicate in product listings that they are unable to ship products to certain remote addresses, and shipments cannot be delivered to security-restricted areas such as military bases, which will require you to collect your order from the nearest shipping company branch in your area.

Shipping Time and Cost

Payment and Confirmation: After the order is paid for and successfully confirmed, you will see the estimated delivery time and shipping cost on the order confirmation page. You will also receive an order confirmation email specifying the estimated processing time for your order.

Processing Time: The warehouse may take 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Notification: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification providing the estimated delivery time for each parcel. We will also provide a tracking number when it is ready. You can view this estimated delivery time under each parcel in your order history at the same time.

Delivery Time: In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated delivery time. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most up-to-date delivery date.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is not delivered or your tracking information shows that your parcel was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact customer service immediately and within 90 days from the order date.
